Cancellation

A customer can mark a paid test subscription to stop at the end of the recorded period. The preview does not renew it and does not charge a card. The plata cancel request is not sent.

Cancellation does not delete the company, the answers, or the payment record. Those rows stay so the history remains accurate.

This draft does not set a notice period. The owner must set one before publication, under the law that applies to the seller.

A failed later payment moves the subscription to past due. New diagnostic work waits until a later successful payment. Files already released stay in the account. The customer can stop future charges at the end of the current period. No card number is collected on that screen.
