Refunds (draft for launch)

If a paid Quick Analysis is refunded, the order is marked refunded. A partner commission on that first paid order is reversed and is not replaced by later purchases.

Refunds through plata by mono must be started by the owner after the merchant is connected. This software does not push live refunds.

A subscription refund in the test record ends the paid period in the CRM. It is not sent to plata, and it is not revenue. This software does not send that request. Visits, applications, and unpaid orders are not revenue either. The documented default charge currency is UAH. Direct USD charges for this merchant are not verified.
