Services
A written operational diagnostic and the same written scope in later months. The diagnostic is included from month one. The work does not replace a chief operating officer. Results are not guaranteed. No calendar date is promised.

Payment
Card numbers are entered only on the provider's page. This site does not store a card number or CVV. A return to this site does not mark an order paid. A payment counts only after a webhook whose signature matches. That live webhook is refused until the owner approves production.
The prepared plata request is a monthly subscription body for LIGHT, GROWTH, or STRATEGIC with interval 1m. It is not sent. A browser return does not mark an order paid. A webhook counts only after its X-Sign matches the raw body, and a test notice is not revenue.
Cancellation
The customer can ask to stop future charges at the end of the paid period. Access continues until that date. The plata cancel request is not sent. Cancelling does not delete the account or the payment record.
Refunds
A refund at plata is not sent from this software. A test refund only ends the paid period in the CRM and is not revenue. No fiscal receipt is issued. The cash-register offer is not connected.
